This car testing facility and office building, built by O'Hare McGovern for the Driver and Vehicle Agency for Northern Ireland is the most technically advanced facility of its kind in Europe. The test centre building comprises of 8 car testing lanes and one HGV testing lane and a motorcycle lane. The test centre has state of the art emissions detection and extract systems as well as radiant heating. The test centre and office building have advanced building management systems which include rainwater harvesting, PV panels, automatic windows and lighting and comfort heating and cooling.
